Interactive map

In Cactusoft Construction, the interactive map is a valuable tool to better assist when planning a worksite or when planning schedules for workers. The map provides an overview of the location of job sites, ensuring there is not much traffic for the worker to get to his destination, getting an idea of ​​the route for a worker to a planned job site, seeing the availability of a worker in case a worker is absent from a job site, having information about job sites and workers.

Worksite

L'display Worksites displays the planned worksites and the unplanned worksites on the map. When you click the worksite on the map, a information panel is displayed and here is the information you see:

  • The project code

  • The status of the worksite (Workers assigned, Completed, etc.)

  • The name of the construction project

  • Customer name

  • The task

  • The construction schedule

  • The name of the contacts (if applicable)

  • The workers assigned to this site

  • When the worker declared their time (photo taken, entry, departure, absent)

Worksite events

L'display Worksite events displays the worker's geolocation elements. When you click the event on the map, a information panel is displayed and here is the information you see:

  • The name of the worker

  • The name of the site

  • When the worker declared their time (photo taken, entry, departure, absent)

Current traffic

L'display Current traffic displays traffic using data from Google Maps.

Workers

You have three boxes for show workers who is at your disposal: Workers (scheduled), Workers (available) And Workers (journeys). Subsequently, it is possible to filter your workers on the map.

Workers (scheduled)

L'display Workers (scheduled) displays the people who are assigned to the schedule. The location of the worker’s home is displayed. When you click a worker on the map, a information panel is displayed and here is the information you see:

  • The name of the worker

  • The telephone number to contact

  • The site currently working (if it takes place)

  • Information about the site(s) to which it has been assigned

Workers (available)

L'display Workers (available) displays people who are available to work. The location of the worker’s home is displayed. When you click a worker on the map, a information panel is displayed and here is the information you see:

  • The name of the worker

  • The telephone number to contact

Workers (journeys)

L'display Workers (journeys) displays the distance between the worker's home and the assigned job site.
