In Cactusoft Construction, each person has an account User. The account has information to identify the person. Here is the information contained in a user:
First and last name
This information will be used in the application to present the user and display them in the different forms.
Password
The password is used when logging into the application. You must keep your password private.
Roles
You can add roles <TODO LINK> to a user in order to allow them to access different sections of the application.
E-mail
In order to receive email communications from the application, you must configure the email field. This field will be presented on various reports and may also be used as a return address for automatic email communications.
Phone number
The user's phone number will be displayed on different reports.
