In Cactusoft Construction, payroll verification ensures that the software has correctly calculated the royalties for each employee. On the other hand, once the period has been verified, it will be impossible to modify the site reports or modify the payroll. During verification, royalties are expressed in terms that are easy to associate with collective agreement rules.
Royalty Summary
In the software, a summary (which is located on the left in the verification) presents all the royalties to the employee for the pay period. Each fee presents:

The quantity with unit (example: “8 h” for 8 hours)

The nature of the fee (example: “TS” for simple time)

The associated appendix (example: “C3” for C3 — Day work)

Special statuses like CNESST, “Hour as boss” or other information to calculate the employee’s pay
Worksite details
You can visually review the worker's assignments and confirm that the information is correct. For example: for one day, the worker worked on several worksites.
Adjustments
Along with the details of the worksites, the fees for each day are also displayed. You can make changes to automatic calculations by adding employee adjustments.
