In Cactusoft Construction, the site sheet constitutes an important element in the application. This function is set up for a foreman, a supervisor and a worker to punch in their working hours and their lunch times. Also, the foreman and supervisor can declare that a worker is absent, take photos of the timesheets for a worker or for the team and add a new worker for the day.
Before submitting the information to payroll, you have a review of the site sheet. You can enter the worksheet number, add comments, indicate if the work is completed during the day and add a loss of time (if applicable).
The worksite sheet is slightly different from the timesheet, the latter is a collective grouping of workers' timesheets. Here is the summary of the additional functions found in the site sheet:
