In Cactusoft Construction, the annexes are based on the salary annexes of collective agreements. An appendix is used to describe hourly rates (single time, time and a half and double time), the rules of collective agreements and bonuses. When you add an employee to a site report, Cactusoft Construction automatically determines the profession and schedule based on the employee's qualifications.
Annexes outside the decree

Cactusoft Construction allows you to adjust the hourly rate, the bonus and adapt collective agreement rules for an employee or a group of employees. You can create annexes outside of the decree in the module Payroll management. When creating the annex, you must specify:

Whether the annex is specific to an employee or shareable

A unique code for the annex

A name for the annex
In Change settings, it is possible to document additional costs associated with working hours (social benefits, employer union contributions, etc.) in order to improve the cost calculations of your projects. In the employee file, you can add a non-regulated rule in Qualifications and choose the annex you created.
