In Cactusoft Construction, the pay period groups all payroll information into one-week periods. Pay periods will be created automatically.
Pay period stages
Four main steps structure each pay period:
Enter hours
Hours are entered manually and workers enter hours with the help of job site sheets.
Check calculations
Cactusoft Construction uses its knowledge of collective agreements to perform a royalty calculation. The paymaster checks the calculations.
Prepare payroll
Based on the calculations, Cactusoft Construction determines the amounts and times that will be paid. The paymaster checks the amounts.
Finalize payroll
The payroll manager confirms the pay and the software sends notifications.

In the step Enter hours, you will see the hour reports per site.
Expenses
In the step Enter hours, a list of all expenses for the pay period. Also, you can enter an expense for an employee.
