In Cactusoft Construction, the premium covers several aspects. Here is a list of bonuses:
Individual bonus
The individual bonus can be paid to certain employees and you can configure them in the employee file. Bonuses are paid as a percentage or fixed amount of the hourly wage, per hour paid. You can choose to pay the premium for regular hours only or for overtime too. You must choose the date the employee wants to be paid.
Night bonus
The night premium may be granted to an employee who works night hours.
Travel bonuses and pensions
Cactusoft Construction automatically calculates travel bonuses and pensions based on collective agreements. When entering hours, the following information will be completed for you:

The origin of the employee for the current site (from home or from the previous site)

Distance traveled, in kilometers (distance is calculated automatically using Google Maps)

Use of the vehicle (personal or provided vehicle)
Based on this information, the calculation verification stage will be able to determine the bonuses to be paid to the employee.
Chef bonus
The team or group leader bonus applies according to the collection agreement.
