This field helps define which rule will apply and when. There are four for the application of the rule: Result, Day, Pay period And Pay period (systematic).
Result
Depending on the conditions and/or effects that you put in the rule, the results will apply when they are conditional with approval and at the payroll verification stage.
Day
The results will apply to the day the employee worked.
Pay period
The results will apply to each pay period (once a week).
Pay period (systematic)
Once per pay period, the results display in approval and payroll for all employees (even if they are inactive).

Date range
For values, you must specify a date. Concerning Date range, you must put two dates inclusive.
Period dates
It is applicable only by Pay period or by Pay period (systematic).
The comparison operator is always Included one day of the nth week of the month.
For values, he has Position And Day of the week. For Position, it is the first or last of the month. Then you choose on which day you want the result to be activated.
Distance
It is applicable if it is by Result or by Day.
For the types of distances, it is possible to put one or more choices according to the needs of the condition.
Type of data aggregations: Sum of all kilometers, Maximum kilometers

Distance range in kilometers

Employee

For employee values, the application is based on your employee list from the module Employees.
Employee's profession
It is applicable if it is by Result or by Day.

Effects
You can add conditions that are linked to effects as needed.

Example of a custom rule

Example 1:
Once per Pay Period, I put Bonus in $ for a $10 moment in a type of fee of my choice. I want it to be every THURSDAY.
So, every Thursday, employees will receive a $10 bonus of the royalty type of my choice in their pay.
