General concept : Worksite
In Cactusoft Construction, the status of worksites represents the progress of planning and the progress of work each day. The software changes the status of worksites automatically when it detects certain events. For example, if a worker indicates their arrival time at a worksite in the application, the status will be changed automatically to Work in progress, if it is not already. It is also possible for the dispatcher to manually modify the status of the sites in order to more closely monitor the sites on schedule. Here are the definitions of each state of a worksite:
In preparation
Reservation
A slot is reserved in the worksite schedule and awaiting the client's submission.
Floating
The date of the worksite remains to be confirmed.
Provisional
The worksite is scheduled.
Confirmed
The site is confirmed with the client and/or the site contact.
Approved
The job site has been approved by the dispatcher or internal labor project team.
On assignment
Assigned workers (to be confirmed)
Workers are assigned to the site, but the schedule has not yet been confirmed.
Assigned workers
Workers are assigned and the schedule is confirmed.
In execution
Work in progress
Les travailleurs ont débuté les travaux sur le chantier.
Problem on the worksite
Workers raised a problem on the worksite.
Work done
Workers have completed work on the worksite.
Finished
Le chantier est terminé et les données ont été transmises à la paie.
Canceled
The work did not take place and was canceled.
