In Cactusoft Construction, a contact refers to a person and their contact details. When you create a new worksite project, you can create your contact either from the creation of a new project or in Sales management. The contact may have one role or several roles depending on the site project. While creating your project, you can add an existing contact or several contacts to it. In Sales management, you can edit or view your contact information.

Here is the information contained when you create a contact:

First and last name

The contact name is that of the resource person for the construction project.

Contact information

In this section, you enter the phone number and email address to contact them. The contact telephone number is displayed in the construction timetable. Also, a worker or foreman can contact him in the event of a problem.

Customer relations

This is information concerning the role of the contact within the worksite project.

Other information

You can write notes about your contact, choose the primary language and if your contact wants, they can accept communications.
