In Cactusoft Construction, an employee's qualifications allow you to configure pay settings for the different collective agreements. For the same employee, it is possible to define several qualifications. The first qualification will be the employee's default qualification. Cactusoft Construction supports several collective agreements for employees. Notably :

  • CCQ: manages the rules of CCQ conventions in Quebec

  • Unregulated: commonly called Excluding decree. This rule allows workers to be paid without specific rules from the CCQ

Additional information

Role

The role indicates whether your employee is a team leader (gray star), A group leader (yellow star) or simply a employee (gray man).


Uses his vehicle for the benefit of the employer

Check the box if the employee uses his or her personal company (or company) vehicle for travel. Example: the worker uses his personal truck, at the request of his boss, to transport equipment to the worksite.


Vehicle provided

Check the box if the employee uses the company (or company) vehicle for travel.


Schedule Type

Depending on the schedule you give your employee. You have four choices available to you:

  • Not specified : It is there by default You do not have to set the schedule type to your employee by default.

  • Regular :

  • Tablet:

  • Custom made : This field is ideal for specific times. By selecting this field, you will have new ones appear: Regular hours per day And Regular hours per week.

    • Regular hours per day : Enter the maximum time you want your employee to work per day. Example: My worker must work 8 hours per day.

    • Regular hours per week : Enter the maximum time you want your employee to work per week. Example: My worker must work 45 hours per week.

  • If you choose that their regular hours are 0 hours per day, all of their hours will be considered overtime when preparing payroll.

  • If you leave this section blank, all of the worker's hours will be considered regular time.


Region

The code of work regions according to the CCQ.


Union and local

Depending on the union to which the employee is affiliated.
