In Cactusoft Construction, site reports allow you to enter the hours of a site and those of workers in the pay period. Also, it allows you to create a worksite if it is not included in the worksite planning. When creating a site report, here is the information contained:
Worksite number
The site number must be unique to avoid duplicates in the system. If applicable, the number may refer to a paper document.
Date
The day the site will begin work.
Project number
The project is linked to the site report.
Geolocation
With the help of Google Maps, you enter the address of the worksite. For more information, go to the page Geolocation.
Worksheet number
The worksheet number is optional, you can fill it out if you have a sheet signed by the customer on site.
Main activity
The main activity defines the work on the site. It has three default activity types in the list: work, training or supervision. If you add other activities, they will end up in the list.
Final task
The final task specifies whether the work is completed.
Timing of work
You can define when the worksite begins and, optionally, when the worksite ends.
Collective agreement
You must choose the collective agreement for the site. See Collective agreements for more information.
Occupation
You have to choose the appropriate profession for the work on the worksite. See Occupation for more information.
Appendix
You must choose the salary schedule which is linked to the collective agreement and that of the profession. See Appendices for more information.
Waste of time
You can document wasted time on the worksite. For each wasted time, you can enter:
