Adding an unplanned worksite

A problem has just occurred on the worksite at the end of the day and the dispatcher did not plan a worksite for the next day. You can, at this time, add an unplanned worksite.

1. From of theHome | My worksites

2. In the navigation menu, press the ➕

3. Click in the field Choose a project and choose your construction project. In case of error, press the ✖ button located at the end of the project number

4. Select your activity for the worksite in the field Activity

5. Click on thestart time to modify it

6. The menu appears and press thehour and the minutes

7. Confirm the time by pressing Selected time

8. To add workers, tap Team which is located below your project number

9. You have three methods to search for your workers in order to add them:

   1. Type your worker's name

      1. Click in the field Worker Name

      2. Type your worker's name and click on the name

   2. Click in the list of workers

      1. Click in the field Worker Name

      2. Click on your worker's name

   3. Search for your worker's name

      1. Click on the diagonal arrows

      2. Click on the field Research

      3. Type your worker's name and click on the name

10. To remove a worker's name, a ✖ appears next to the name. Click on it

11. Click on Confirm to add your site to the schedule
