Time automation

Instead of always punching your lunch time or break time at the same time and with the same duration, you can automate your specific times and the exact duration.
Are you tired of clocking in at the same lunch and break time every day? Automating your specific hours and their exact duration can save you time. But it's easier said than done. That’s why I’m here to help you. With my automated system, you'll never have to worry about forgetting to punch at the right time again.

Default automations

This section is reserved for foremen or supervisors.

Add default automations

  1. From theHome | Hourly Or Home | Punch

  2. In the upper right corner, tap thegear icon

  3. In the upper left corner, tap the drawer menu

  4. Choose Default automations

  5. In the row Events, press the ➕

  6. Enter event information

  7. When finished, press Create

  8. To return to the beginning, press the drawer menu (upper left corner). Then tap Punch settings, you will see the menu and select the module

Change default automations

  1. From theHome | Hourly Or Home | Punch

  2. In the upper right corner, tap thegear icon

  3. In the upper left corner, tap the drawer menu

  4. Choose Default automations

  5. Press the three points of the event you wish to modify

  6. Choose To modify

  7. Edit event information

  8. When finished, press To modify

  9. To return to the beginning, press the drawer menu (upper left corner). Then tap Punch settings, you will see the menu and select the module

Delete default automations

  1. From theHome | Hourly Or Home | Punch

  2. In the upper right corner, tap thegear icon

  3. In the upper left corner, tap the drawer menu

  4. Choose Default automations

  5. Press the three points of the event you wish to modify

  6. Choose DELETE

  7. Confirm the deletion by pressing DELETE

  8. To return to the beginning, press the drawer menu (upper left corner). Then tap Punch settings, you will see the menu and select the module

Enable personal configuration

  1. From theHome | Hourly Or Home | Punch

  2. In the upper right corner, tap thegear icon

  3. In the upper left corner, tap the drawer menu

  4. Choose Default automations

  5. Press the button

My automations

Activate personal automations

  1. From theHome | Hourly Or Home | Punch

  2. In the upper right corner, tap thegear icon

  3. Press the button to activate custom automations

  4. To return to the beginning, press the drawer menu (upper left corner). Then tap Punch settings, you will see the menu and select the module

Add my automations

  1. From theHome | Hourly Or Home | Punch

  2. In the upper right corner, tap thegear icon

  3. In the row Your events, press the ➕

  4. Enter event information

  5. When finished, press Create

  6. To return to the beginning, press the drawer menu (upper left corner). Then tap Punch settings, you will see the menu and select the module
