Settings for my sites

These configurations are linked to timesheets of your employees. Administrators have the ability to set additional settings for punching. You (and your employees) can set up automation to reduce forgetting to record their breaks and lunch times. Have concerns about network outages or mobile data issues recording your time? No problem, the offline option is available in the configuration. Regarding the geolocation, it complies well with CCQ standards. Follow the steps and review the information to make it a breeze afterwards.

My automations

For default automations, see the section Settings for my sites | Paramètres d’organisation.

Make sure the button Customize my automations (above the table) are activated.

Create automations

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings

  2. Go to My automations

  3. Click on + to add an automation

  4. Fill in the fields

  5. Click on Create

  6. The next time you punch your start time, the time will be added

Modify automations

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | My automations

  2. Click on the three points on the time you want to modify

  3. Choose To modify

  4. Edit the field you want

  5. When finished, click To modify

  6. The next time you punch your start time, the time will change

Delete automations

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | My automations

  2. Click on the three points on the time you want to delete

  3. Choose DELETE

  4. Confirm the deletion of time by clicking on DELETE

  5. The next time you punch your start time, the time will no longer be present


Offline

For the Default offline punch, consult the section Settings for my sites | Paramètres d’organisation.

Enable/disable offline

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings

  2. Go to Offline

  3. Check to enable preloading of punch pages for offline use

  4. You can always uncheck offline mode

Organization Settings

Default automations

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings

  2. Go to Organization Settings

  3. Open the tab Default automations

  4. These are the same steps as Settings for my sites | Mes automatismes

Punch time

Only application administrators have access to this section.

Enable strict time

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings

  2. Open the tab Punch time

  3. The first point is Enable strict time

  4. Check the box to enable it and uncheck it to disable it

Put grace periods

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings | Punch time

  2. Make sure you have strict time enabled

  3. Enter the number of minutes you allow for the arrival grace period

  4. Enter the number of minutes you allow for the grace period for departure

  5. Click on To safeguard

Block punch

Only application administrators have access to this section.

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings

  2. Open the tab Block punch

  3. To block the punch from a date, click in the field and fill it according to the given format or click on thecalendar icon to choose a date

  4. Click on To safeguard

Geolocation of the punch

Only application administrators have access to this section.

Advanced geolocation configuration

According to CCQ standards.

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings

  2. Open the tab Geolocation of the punch

  3. Check the box Advanced geolocation configuration

  4. You can uncheck if you don't want to enable the configuration

  5. Click on To safeguard

Enable geolocation

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings | Geolocation of the punch

  2. Check the box Enable geolocation

  3. You can uncheck if you don't want to enable geolocation

  4. Click on To safeguard

Choice of geolocation data to keep

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings | Geolocation of the punch

  2. You can check either Exact position, either Distance from worksite or both

  3. Click on To safeguard

Radius of a default site

According to CCQ standards.

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings | Geolocation of the punch

  2. Enter the field Radius a value in meters

  3. Click on To safeguard

Warn users about geolocation data collection when punching

According to CCQ standards.

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings | Geolocation of the punch

  2. Check the box Warn users about geolocation data collection when punching

  3. You can uncheck if you don't want to notify your users

  4. Click on To safeguard

Allow you to refuse geolocation

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings | Geolocation of the punch

  2. Check the box Allow you to refuse geolocation

  3. You can uncheck if you do not want to allow refusal

  4. Click on To safeguard

Visibility Levels

Only application administrators have access to this section.

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings

  2. Open the tab Visibility Levels

  3. Set the visibility levels you need: Occupation, Employee leader bonus And Site contacts

  4. You can check Show Team Lead if you want the team assigned to the site to know who will be responsible

  5. Click on To safeguard

Forms

Only application administrators have access to this section.

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings | Organization Settings

  2. Open the tab Forms

  3. Check the box to make it compulsory to fill out a form

  4. You can uncheck if you do not want to activate the obligation to fill out a form

  5. Click on To safeguard

Export to Excel

Only application administrators have access to this section.

  1. From of theHome | My projects | Settings

  2. Go to Export to Excel

  3. Choose specific times to export data

    1. You can click on Current week

    2. You can click on Last week

    3. You can click on Current month

    4. You can click on Current year

    5. You can click on the start date in the calendar And on the end date in the calendar

  4. When you are ready, click Export

  5. View your file in your folders
