The project

Before finalizing the steps for creating a worksite, you must assign a project for a worksite. The projects contain important information for the completion of the site (information on the customer; information on the contacts and general site information).

Creation of projects

Create a project

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. You arrive on the timetable

  3. Create a worksite or a construction sequence

  4. In the area Site information, click on the button Choose a project

  5. On the right side of the bar Research, you notice the symbol ➕. Click on this one

  6. Fill in the fields and press Create

  7. To save the information, complete the fields in the box Logistics and press Apply

  8. Press Close to exit the window

Reference number :

Before you finish creating the project, you can edit the field Reference number to enter your reference code.

Edit a project

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. You arrive on the timetable

  3. Select the existing site and go to the function To modify

  4. Just above Logistics, you have the project name. Click on this one

  5. To the right of the project phase, you see a pencil icon. Tap it to make changes

  6. Press To safeguard to save changes

  7. Click on Apply to keep the information. Then tap Close to return to the construction schedule


Creating a customer

Create a customer

  1. During project creation, you have an area Customer

  2. In the field Customer, you notice the symbol ➕. Tap this one

  3. Fill in the fields and click Apply when you are finished

Edit customer information

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. You arrive on the timetable

  3. Select the existing site and go to the function To modify

  4. Just above Logistics, you have the project name. Click on this one

  5. To the right of the project phase, you see a pencil icon. Tap it to make changes

  6. Go to the zone Customer

  7. In the field Customer, press pencil icon to modify the information

  8. Edit the information and click Apply to save

  9. Press To safeguard to save changes

  10. Click on Apply to keep the information. Then tap Close to return to the construction schedule

Change a client for another client

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. You arrive on the timetable

  3. Select the existing site and go to the function To modify

  4. Just above Logistics, you have the project name. Click on this one

  5. To the right of the project phase, you see a pencil icon. Tap it to make changes

  6. Go to the zone Customer

  7. In the field Customer, press the ✖ button to clear the present client

  8. Click the empty field of Customer and press one letter or the up/down arrow on the keyboard to display the list. THE diagonal arrows (next to ➕) give access to the search for an existing customer

  9. Select the desired customer

  10. Press To safeguard to save changes

  11. Click on Apply to keep the information. Then tap Close to return to the construction schedule


Creating a contact

Create a contact

  1. During project creation, you have an area Contacts

  2. In the field Contact, you notice the symbol ➕. Tap this one

  3. Fill in the fields and click Apply when you are finished

  4. Press To safeguard to save changes

  5. Click on Apply to keep the information. Then tap Close to return to the construction schedule

Edit contact information

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. You arrive on the timetable

  3. Select the existing site and go to the function To modify

  4. Just above Logistics, you have the project name. Click on this one

  5. To the right of the project phase, you see a pencil icon. Tap it to make changes

  6. Go to the zone Contacts

  7. In the field Contact, press pencil icon to modify the information

  8. Edit the information and click Apply to save

  9. Press To safeguard to save changes

  10. Click on Apply to keep the information. Then tap Close to return to the construction schedule

Add other contacts

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. Select the existing site and go to the function To modify

  3. Just above Logistics, you have the project name. Click on this one

  4. To the right of the project phase, you see a pencil icon. Tap it to make changes

  5. Go to the zone Contacts

  6. Press + Add a relationship

  7. A new field is added to the area Contacts

  8. You can add an existing contact by clicking in the empty field or create a new contact

  9. Choose the role of your contact in the field Role

  10. Press To safeguard to save changes

  11. Click on Apply to keep the information. Then tap Close to return to the construction schedule

Remove a contact

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. Select the existing site and go to the function To modify

  3. Just above Logistics, you have the project name. Click on this one

  4. To the right of the project phase, you see a pencil icon. Tap it to make changes

  5. Go to the zone Contacts

  6. Place your cursor on the field Role, a ✖ appears

  7. Click on this one and respond Yes to remove the contact

  8. Press To safeguard to save changes

  9. Click on Apply to keep the information. Then tap Close to return to the construction schedule

When you see an asterisk in a field, this area is required to be completed.
