Movement in the schedule

You can easily move around the schedule in order to plan worksites in the future or check what was done in the past — thehourly keeps a history of all your work.

For the computer

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. In the navigation menu, you see the current month. Press it and to move:

    1. From one day to another, you press the date desired or on the arrows (at the bottom of the calendar)

    2. To the next or previous week, you click on the double arrows

    3. In the next or previous month, you press the arrows (at the top right corner of the calendar)

    4. From one year to another, press the month with the year. You choose theyear that you want to watch.
      For previous years (example: 1992 - 2015), you press the arrows (at the top right corner of the calendar)

  3. To return to the current date, press Current

For mobile

Move with fingers

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. You take your finger and slide from right to left to see the next day or left to right to see the previous day.

Move around the calendar

Column format:

You can change the number of columns to see more or fewer days displayed in your schedule.

Steps to follow:

  1. Go to the side menu

  2. Go to View Options and head to the section Preferences | Number of columns

By default, the view displays the automatic number of columns depending on the screen width:

  1. 7 days for big screens

  2. 5 days for medium screens

  3. 2 or 3 days on mobile phones (landscape mode)

  4. 1 day on mobile phone (portrait mode)
