The planned workers

In theworksite schedule, it is possible to foresee workers for one worksite before assignment to the site.

Providing workers remains an optional choice.

Provide workers on site

Choosing the intended workers

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. Select the existing site and go to the function To modify

  3. In the left menu, click Workers

  4. Click on the empty field, a list of workers appears

  5. Click on the workers you plan to put on the job site

  6. You can press the diagonal arrows to search for a specific worker

  7. Press Apply to save changes

  8. Press Close to exit the window

Edit a worker's information

  1. From Home | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. Select the existing site and go to the function To modify

  3. In the left menu, click Workers

  4. Click on the worker and a menu takes place

  5. You can change the role of your worker and the use of the vehicle when they go to the job site

  6. Press the button Apply to save changes

  7. Press Close to leave the page Modification of the site

The impacts of change:

  1. The change in the role of the worker and the use of the vehicle only impacts the site, it has no impact on other sites.

  2. In the schedule review, you can see this change in the section Changes.

  3. In the Payroll management, the change in the role of the worker and the use of the vehicle only affects the site report, it has no impact on other site reports.

Remove a scheduled worker

  1. From Home | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. Select the existing site and go to the function To modify

  3. In the left menu, go to the Workers

  4. In the same row as your worker's name, click on the ✖. The name of it disappears

  5. Press the button Apply to save changes

  6. Press Close to leave the page Modification of the site

Choosing the intended workers

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. Click on the right mouse button to display the menu and go to the project number

  3. Then choose Edit sequence

  4. In the column Workers, click on theworker icon depending on the date of construction

  5. You have three methods to search for your workers in order to add them:

    1. Type your worker's name

      1. Click in the field Worker Name

      2. Type your worker's name and click on the name

    2. Click in the list of workers

      1. Click in the field Worker Name

      2. Click on your worker's name

    3. Search for your worker's name

      1. Click on the diagonal arrows

      2. Click on the field Research

      3. Type your worker's name and click on the name

  6. To remove a worker's name, a ✖ appears next to the name. Click on it

  7. Click on Confirm to confirm scheduled workers

Icon for workers:

You have a list of icons with their meanings below:

Worker without symbol : means no workers have been scheduled.

Worker with warning : means that the planned number of workers does not correspond to the required number.

Worker with hook : means that the planned number of workers matches the required number.

Keep the same workers planned for the next project

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. Click on the right mouse button to display the menu and go to the project number

  3. Then choose Edit sequence

  4. Click on + Add a worksite

  5. When the new site is created, you have the same workers as the previous site. You can check if you have the same workers by clicking on theworker icon
