Worksite activities

To help define the activities at a worksite, you can create activities according to your needs (for example: repair).

Add an activity

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. In the navigation menu, go to the three points and click on it

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Click the button Create which is located in the right corner

  5. Fill in the fields and press Apply

  6. Click on the ✖ button located in the right corner to exit the page

When looking for an icon in the app, you can visit the site Font Awesome. This site will help you find the name of the icon and copy and paste it into the search.


Edit an activity

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. In the navigation menu, go to the three points and click on it

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Select the activity and click on the three points

  5. Choose To modify

  6. Change the desired information and press Apply

  7. Click on the ✖ button located in the right corner to exit the page


Reorder activities

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. In the navigation menu, go to the three points and click on it

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Above the list of activities, click thefilter icon

  5. Place your cursor on the three bars of the activity you want to move. Your cursor will turn into a cross

  6. Click and hold your activity to move it to the desired location

  7. Relax your activity

  8. When you're done, tap Apply

  9. Click on the ✖ button located in the right corner to exit the page


Delete an activity

  1. From theHome | Site planning | Worksite schedule

  2. In the navigation menu, go to the three points and click on it

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Select the activity and click on the three points

  5. Choose DELETE

  6. Confirm the deletion of the activity by clicking on Yes

  7. Click on the ✖ button located in the right corner to exit the page
