List of employees

You can create a employee in order to keep his contact details and allow the application to have information in order to calculate the royalties of pay for this one.

Create an employee

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Employees

  2. From the side menu, select List of employees

  3. Once on the page of the List of employees, above the list, two buttons are available to you. Choose New employee

  4. You fill out the employee form and press the button Create to save

After registering the new employee, you will be automatically redirected to the registration page. Qualifications. You can also, by using the button Actions of the new employee file, access the configurations of this employee to:


It’s important to keep your employee’s information up to date. You can modify this information at any time.

Edit an employee

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Employees | List of employees

  2. Select the employee you want to edit and thepencil icon will appear close to the name

  3. Click on it to access the employee file. Then you can modify the information you want

  4. Press the button Save to save the changes
