The status of an employee

THE status of an employee allows you to know if he remains available to work, if he works light work and other situations concerning him. This function allows you to add more than one status by following the steps below.

Add a status to an employee

  1. From theHome | Human resources | Employees | Employee List | Edit your employee | Actions

  2. Choose List of statuses

  3. Click on Add a status and fill in the fields

  4. Press Confirm to save


Modify a status for an employee

  1. From theHome | Human resources | Employees | Employee List | Edit your employee | Actions

  2. Choose List of statuses

  3. Choose the status you wish to modify and thepencil icon appears. Click on it

  4. Edit the information you want

  5. Press Confirm to save

  6. Press To end to exit the employee status page

Dismissing an employee:

In the side menu of the module Employee management, he has Laid-off employees. To put an employee on a date, you add the status Inactive (permanent) to the employee. Then he will be in the list of retired employees.
