Ask a Cactusoft Construction technician to activate the phases.

In order to be able to plan a worksite, you must define a project. Project management is a shortcut for creating or modifying projects without going through Worksite schedule. It’s easy to find your projects thanks to the filters.

Before you start planning your work, it is important to define your projects and phases. You can receive notifications of all events related to your projects. It is always possible to consult statistics on the entire project and that of the workforce, check files and forms, as well as

Create a project

  1. From Project management | Projects

  2. Click the button + Create in the right corner of the window

  3. A new window appears

  4. Fill in the fields

  5. When you are finished, click Confirm

  6. You have your project

You can create your project when you plan your worksite. View page The project.


Add a phase

  1. From Project management | Projects

  2. Click on the project name that you want to add

  3. In the right corner of the top bar, click the three points

  4. Click on + Add a phase

  5. Fill in the fields

  6. When you are finished, click Confirm

  7. You have your phase

Create a phase if the option is activated in creation

  1. From Project management | Projects

  2. Click the button + Create in the right corner of the window

  3. Choose Add a phase

  4. Select the project

  5. Click on To safeguard

  6. Fill in the fields

  7. When you are finished, click Confirm


Edit a project

  1. From Project management | Projects

  2. Click on the project name to modify or click on the three points of the row of the project to modify and choose To consult

  3. In the right corner of the top bar, click the three points

  4. Click on To modify

  5. Edit the desired fields

  6. When you are finished, click Confirm

Your reference number must be unique.

If you have the option to work with phases, click New project.


Archive a project

  1. From Project management | Projects

  2. Click on the three points of the row of the project to be archived and choose Archive

  3. Confirm that you want to archive your project by clicking on Archive

Unarchive a project

It is possible to bring back a project if you archived the wrong one.

  1. Follow the steps to Filter projects (next section)

  2. Choose Archive

  3. Click on the three points of the row of the project to unarchive and choose Unarchive

  4. Confirm that you want to unarchive your project by clicking on Unarchive


Filter projects

  1. From Project management | Projects

  2. Above the table of the list of your projects, you have a bar with the word Filter

  3. Click on it

  4. Click on Filter by status or place your cursor on the word, a filter list is displayed

  5. Select the desired filter

  6. To remove a filter, click on the small âś– next to the filter name

You can combine filters to specify your view or search. Repeat the steps to add the filters.


Subscribe to project notifications

  1. From Project management | Projects

  2. In the projects table, you have a column with star icons

  3. Click on thestar of the project for which you want to receive notifications

  4. Choose Subscriber in order to receive notifications

You can find out the number of subscribers to this project. Click on the project star. Just belowNone, you have the number of people who are subscribed.


Search projects

  1. From Project management | Projects

  2. Above your projects table, you have a search bar

  3. Click in the field Research

  4. Type your search and your results will be displayed

  5. You can filter your projects before or after your search (see the section Filter projects)


Sort your projects

  1. From Project management | Projects

  2. You have your project table, each column has a header name

  3. Press on the right side of the desired header name, a arrow will appear

  4. You have sorted in ascending order

Change sorting :

If you press for the first time: you have sorted in ascending order

If you press a second time: you have sorted in descending order

If you press a third time: you have reset the sorting

You cannot sort multiple columns at once.
