Activate/Deactivate a collective agreement rule

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings

  2. Click on Collective agreement rules

  3. Click on the collective agreement you want

  4. Check or uncheck the rule(s) you would like to apply

  5. When you are finished, click To safeguard

Search for a rule and display the convention

You can search for a rule in the convention using the search bar.

Also, it is possible to display all the rules by clicking on the button image-20240829-183157.png (which is located in the right corner of the window, the central button). You can reduce it later by clicking on the button image-20240829-183335.png .

If you find that there is too much description in the rules, you have the option to hide them by pressing the button image-20240829-182427.png

Personalized pay rules

Create a custom pay rule

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings | Collective agreement rules

  2. Go to the section Custom Payroll Rules

  3. Click on Global rules

  4. In the right corner, click Create a rule

  5. Write the rule you need

  6. When you are finished, click To safeguard

Edit a custom pay rule

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings | Collective agreement rules | Custom pay rules

  2. Click on the three points of the rule you wish to modify

  3. Choose To modify

  4. Make your changes as you wish

  5. When you are finished, click To safeguard

Change the order of custom pay rules

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings | Collective agreement rules | Custom pay rules

  2. In the right corner, click Change the order of rules

  3. Click on the rule you want to move and hold

  4. Move to the location you want to put and release

  5. When you are finished, click To safeguard

The order impacts payroll results.

Enable/Disable a custom pay rule

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings | Collective agreement rules | Custom pay rules

  2. Each rule has a box, you can check (enable a rule) or uncheck (disable a rule)

  3. When you are finished, click To safeguard

  4. You can always hide inactive rules by clicking the button Show inactive

Search for a rule and hide the description

You can search for a rule in the convention using the search bar.

If the description of the rules seems too much to you, you can hide them by clicking

Delete a custom pay rule

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings | Collective agreement rules | Custom pay rules

  2. Click on the three points of the rule you want to delete

  3. Choose DELETE

  4. Confirm the deletion by clicking on Yes
