Employee Statuses

Before assigning employees or running payroll, you can give a status to an employee to

Create an employee status

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings

  2. Click on Employee Statuses

  3. Press the + in the right corner

  4. Complete the necessary fields for status

  5. Enable settings as needed

  6. Choose mode for status

  7. When you're done, tap To safeguard

Edit an employee status

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings | Employee statuses

  2. Click on the three points of the employee status that you wish to modify

  3. Click on To modify

  4. Edit the fields you need

  5. When you're done, tap To safeguard


Delete an employee status

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings | Employee statuses

  2. Click on the three points of the status of employees you wish to delete

  3. Click on DELETE

  4. Confirm the deletion by pressing DELETE


Search for employee status

  1. From theWelcome | Human resources | Settings | Employee statuses

  2. Click on the search bar located above the table

  3. Type it status name or the code number to carry out your search

  4. When you're done, clear your search
