Delay Report

You can generate a report (summary or detailed) of the delays of all your employees or for a particular employee.

Detailed report

  1. From theHome | Human resources | Employees

  2. In the side menu, click Delays

  3. In the field Report type, choose Detailed

  4. In the field Data type, you have the choice between Delays, Absences Or Lateness and absences

  5. Select your employee from the drop-down list or you can choose All employees

  6. In the field Start pay period, click on Select for the start of the pay period

  7. In the field End pay period, click Select for the end of the pay period

  8. Click on Generate and a new tab will open in your browser in PDF file format


Comparison report

  1. From theHome | Human resources | Employees

  2. In the side menu, click Delays

  3. In the field Report type, choose Comparison between employees

  4. In the field Data type, you have the choice between Delays, Absences Or Lateness and absences

  5. In the field Start pay period, click on Select for the start of the pay period

  6. In the field End pay period, click Select for the end of the pay period

  7. Click on Generate and a new tab will open in your browser in PDF file format

You can compare team leaders by checking For team leaders only.
