In Customer management, you can create new customers, modify or consult the information therein.
Create a customer

From theHome | Sales | Customers

Click the ➕ button in the right corner of the window

Fill in the fields
-
Click on Apply to save the information

To return to the menuWelcome, click on the drawer menu. Then click the arrow to display another side menu and you can click Welcome
You can create your client when you create your site project. View page The project.
Filter to search for customers

From theHome | Sales | Customers

Above the customer list table you have Keywords
-
Include
-
You have four Keywords : With account ; Provisional ; Lead ; Related

To select and/or deselect a Keyword, click on this one

Industry categories
-
Click in the field Select a category
-
Select your category
-
To add other categories, click in the field Select a category and type your category. Then click on your category

To remove one of the categories, click on the ✖ button

You can combine the Keywords to specify your search filter.
View customer information

From theHome | Sales | Customers

You have three methods to view the information:

Click directly

Click on your customer's name

You can consult the customer file
-
To return to the main page, click on the left arrow which is located next to the name

Go through the search

Click on the magnifying glass next to the ➕ button

Click in the field Research
-
Type your search and your results will be displayed

Click on your customer
-
You can consult the customer file

On the header

Click on Sales in the navigation menu

A filter appears and click to scroll through the drop-down list

Choose Customers
-
Another field appears and click on the field Customers

Choose your client and click Confirm

You can see the customer file by clicking on Summary in the side menu and you can go to the client's projects by clicking Projects in the side menu

To return to the main page, click on the name of your customer in the navigation menu. Then click in the field Filters to choose No filter

Search results:
The search retrieves the names of the contacts (found in a customer file) and the name of the customers.
Edit an industry category

From theHome | Sales | Customers

Click on the three points from the customer that you would like to make the changes

Choose Edit categories

To add other categories, click in the field Select a category and click on one category

To remove one of the categories, click on the ✖ button

Click on Apply to save the information

To return to the menuWelcome, click on the drawer menu. Then click the arrow to display another side menu and you can click Welcome

Click on the three points from the customer that you would like to make the changes

Choose To modify

Fill in the fields

Click on Apply to save the information

To return to the menuWelcome, click on the drawer menu. Then click the arrow to display another side menu and you can click Welcome
Delete customer

From theHome | Sales | Customers

Click on the three points of the customer you would like to delete

Choose DELETE

Confirm the deletion by clicking on DELETE
