In the Contact management, you can consult the detailed sheet of contact, monitor activities via the news feed and projects which are associated with it.
Summary section
Consult the summary of the sheet

From theHome | Sales | Contacts

Click on the contact name wanted

You have access to Summary

To return to the customer list, go to the upper left corner. Click on the arrow

To view the customer dashboard, go to the upper right corner. Click on View contact dashboard
You can edit the contact information or delete the contact. Just go to the top right corner and click on the three points.
In the section Relationships, you can consult your customer's file by clicking on the name of it.
Discussion section
Add comments

Click on the contact name wanted

Go to the section Note. Just below you have Discussion. Head to this section

Click in the field Add a comment

When you are finished, click the button Add
-
To return to the customer list, go to the upper left corner. Click on the arrow

To view the customer dashboard, go to the upper right corner. Click on View contact dashboard
Edit comments

Click on the contact name wanted

Go to the section Note | Discussion

Go to the comment you want to edit

Click on the pencil to modify

If you want to cancel the changes, click ✖

When you have finished making your changes, click therecording icon

To return to the customer list, go to the upper left corner. Click on the arrow

To view the customer dashboard, go to the upper right corner. Click on View contact dashboard
Delete comments

Click on the contact name wanted

Go to the section Note | Discussion

Navigate to the comment you want to delete

Click on thetrash can icon

Click on DELETE to confirm the deletion

To return to the customer list, go to the upper left corner. Click on the arrow

To view the customer dashboard, go to the upper right corner. Click on View contact dashboard
Pin comments

Click on the contact name wanted

Go to the section Note | Discussion

Head to the comment to pin

Click on thepin icon
-
Your comment is pinned

To return to the customer list, go to the upper left corner. Click on the arrow

To view the customer dashboard, go to the upper right corner. Click on View contact dashboard
Unpin a comment
Your pinned comments are above the field Add a comment and they are in red.

Click on thered pin of the comment you wish to unpin

Click on Yes to unpin the comment
News Feed section
View the news feed

You can add, edit, pin or delete comments.
Filter in news feed

From theHome | Sales | Contacts

Click on the contact name wanted

In the top bar, click News feed

In the left corner of the form you have the button Filter

Click on it
-
Place the cursor on Categories to have the list

To remove the filter, click on the small ✖ next to the name

To return to the customer list, go to the upper left corner. Click on the arrow

To view the customer dashboard, go to the upper right corner. Click on View contact dashboard
You can add multiple filters to your news feed.
Recent Activities section
View the list of projects

Click on the contact name wanted

In the top bar, click Recent activities

You can see the projects related to the client

To return to the customer list, go to the upper left corner. Click on the arrow

To view the customer dashboard, go to the upper right corner. Click on View contact dashboard
You can consult the project sheet by clicking on the name of it.
