Custom fields give you the ability to personalize your projects (or phases) and sites based on your specific needs. You can assign specific fields to users to ensure everyone has access to the right information and tools.
Add a custom field

From theHome | General settings

Click on Custom fields (the flag icon)

In the title bar Custom fields, you have the button Add. Click on it

Fill in the fields

When you choose your icon in the field Icon, the button Add an option is displayed. You can always change your icon by clicking the ✖ button

In the field Reference, you have the choice between Phase Or Worksite. This will have an impact on your project or your worksites

Click on Add an option to create a list of options according to your needs. You can remove an option at any time, you click on the ✖ button

If you click on the button Enable multiple selection of options, this allows your users to choose several options at the same time

When you are finished, click Confirm

Your field will be displayed in the section of the reference you have chosen
When you choose your reference, it is impossible to modify it afterwards.
When looking for an icon in the app, you can visit the site Font Awesome. This site will help you find the name of the icon and copy and paste it into the search.
You can change the colors of your options icons by clicking on them.
Edit a custom field

From theHome | General settings

Click on Custom fields (the flag icon)

Click directly on the field that you want to modify or click on the three points at the end of the field row and choose To modify

Edit the desired fields

When you are finished, click Confirm to save changes
Put permissions on the custom field

From theHome | General settings

Click on Custom fields (the flag icon)

Click directly on the field that you want to set the permissions or click on the three points at the end of the field row and choose To modify

Go to the section on the right
-
Check (or uncheck) the boxes next to the user role

When you are finished, click Confirm to save changes
Read and Edit
When you check Read, users can only view. However if you uncheck, users will no longer see the fields.
When you check To modify, users can change field options whenever and however they want.
Filter custom fields

Click on Custom fields (the flag icon)

Above the custom fields sections you have the field Filter custom fields. Click on it

Type your search and your results will be displayed

You can clear your search by clicking on the X
Delete a custom field

From theHome | General settings
-
Click on Custom fields (the flag icon)

Click on the three points at the end of the row of the field to delete

Choose DELETE
-
Confirm the deletion by clicking on DELETE
