If an employee's hire date is on an earlier date (for example: March 10, 2015), is there a quicker method for entering the hire date other than navigating with the calendar arrows?
It's very simple, instead of navigating with the calendar, you can write the date of hiring. In the Payroll Setup section, click in the Hire Date field. Type in your year, month and day (YYYY-MM-DD). To find out more about an employee's profile, visit the Employee page.
I have a non-regulated employee (outside the decree) and I want to add an appendix for him in the employee qualifications. Why is the default Appendix field empty?
Before assigning an annex for a non-regulated employee, one must be created. Go through the Payroll Management module. Locate the ⚙ icon in the black bar (top right corner). You are in Payroll Settings, go to Unregulated to create your schedule. Once you are finished, return to your employee's file. Then complete the qualification. My employee has just completed training, how can I add training to their employee file?
It is important to keep employee training information up to date. In the application, there is a section for training and welcome times. It is located in the side menu of the Employee Management module, the name of the section is Training Management. Access the Training List for training courses and then select one of the training courses by clicking on the pencil icon. You can add your employee to the training. When you have finished, you can consult, in your employee file, your employee's training (in Training list). Is the worker absent? Probably another user has marked this worker as absent. To check if this is the case, click on the header of the date of your construction site. Head to Edit Info for the day. Even before I assign workers to a site, why is it already in green with pre-assigned workers?
Here are the main reasons you have already assigned workers:
The first reason is that the application automatically assigns workers who have already worked on this construction site. You can use the wand function with the X (located near the Unlock Jobs button) to remove all workers assigned to that job. Also, you can use the magic wand (located next to the Unlock Jobsites button) to reassign workers who have already worked on this job site. After I sent the schedule to my workers, I noticed that one of the workers does not have the date and time the schedule was sent in the Sent To column. Is this normal?
The email may have been forgotten when creating the user for the worker. Check with your administrator if the email is present in the worker's user file. To access the user file, first go to the Home page of the application. Next, head to General Settings. In the side menu, click Users (or the third icon). Search for your worker user and when you find it, click on the three dots. Click Edit. If the Email field is empty, fill it in and click Save to save the changes.
