Why is it impossible to call or text a worker who is on the list?

In the worker's file, information such as his telephone number must be missing. First, ask the person responsible for employee management to check if the Telephone number (cell) field is filled out. To access the employee file, the person responsible must go to the Home page to navigate to Human Resources. He must click on the Employees button. From the side menu, the person must select Employee List. Hover the cursor over the worker who is missing information and click the pencil icon. If the Telephone number (cellular) field is empty, fill it in. If you want to contact the person by email, fill in the Email Address field in the Notifications section (at the bottom of the page).
