When you have the main side menu displayed, click on Cactusoft Construction. Then you have the Logout button that appears. To learn more, see the General Configuration page.
I forgot my password, is there a solution?
On the login page, you have a Forgotten Password button. Click on it and follow the instructions to receive an email. If you do not receive a message by email, please check your spam box.
How can I ensure that my data is confidential?

Can I respond to an SMS from Cactusoft Construction?
It is difficult for Cactusoft Construction to respond to your SMS since these are automated messages. The SMS messages you receive (from Cactusoft Construction) are your information for your working day. How do I add a new project?

How do I add a new customer?
It is possible to add several new customers to your list. To add a new customer, you can go through the Customer Management module. Next, click the ➕ button in the upper right corner. A window opens and you can enter your customer's information. To find out more, visit the Customers page.

How do I add a new contact?
It is possible to add several new contacts of your customers to your list. To add a new contact, you can go through the Contact Management module. Next, click the ➕ button in the upper right corner. A window opens and you can enter your contact information. To find out more, see the Contacts page.
While creating my contact, I cannot find a role that matches in the relationship between my client and my contact. Is it possible to create new contact roles that are not in the list?
Yes, you can add new contact roles to meet your needs. In the Contact Management module, go through ⚙ which is in the upper right corner. In the left menu, click Roles (second icon). Next, tap the ➕ button in the upper right corner. Fill in the fields and you have a new role for your contact. To learn more, see Configuring Contact Roles.
How can I add the created contact role to my contact?
In the Contact Management module, you have your list of all your contacts. Navigate to the contact you want to add the new contact role to. Click the three dots in your contact's row and choose Edit. Head to the Customer Relations section. Next, click Add Contact to add another role and customer. To learn more about sending files, see the Contacts page.
