Before You Begin
Are you on the construction site schedule? If you answered no, from the home menu, go to Construction site schedule (in the Construction site planning section).
How to create a schedule?

For each column, dates are entered. Click on a date that has construction sites and a menu appears.

Click on Worker Schedule. A new tab opens in your navigation and the application asks you to create a schedule.
How to assign workers to construction sites?

This is a suggestion. Before assigning workers, you have options for displaying workers. Click the gear icon (located in the right corner of the navigation bar) and choose the options that suit you best. Click the icon again to close the window.

It’s time to assign workers to the site. You have two methods to assign your workers, start by dragging the name to the job site. In the workers column (right column), click on the name of one of your workers and hold it. Drag the name to the construction site and release it. The name appears in the construction site. The other method is to click in the missing field (leader or worker) and a list of workers is displayed. Click on the name and it is added to your site.
How do I send a schedule to my workers?

Before sending the schedule to your workers, you can configure the sending mode type. In the navigation bar, click the At a specific time button (next to the gear icon). You have three sending methods: At a specific time, When confirmed and Do not send schedule (you will not receive an email). Choose one of the three modes and press the Confirm button.

When you're ready, tap Confirm Schedule. It all depends on how the schedule is sent, check if it has a button to send the schedule. In the case of When confirmation, you will have the button Mark as sent and when in Do not send the schedule, you will have the button Finalize this revision.

Go check your email to see if you have received your schedule email.
