Contact an administrator in your organization

Indicate that you no longer have access to your second authentication factor and wait for them to disable it on your account

Log back in to the application and reconfigure two-factor authentication with your new device

Go to ⚙️ Settings > 👷 Users.

Find the user who has lost access to their second factor and click on 📝 Edit

In the "Remove two-factor authentication" section, click Remove
You are responsible for confirming the user's identity before disabling their second factor. If an attacker has compromised the user's credentials (e.g., stolen or reused password), they could request 2FA deactivation to permanently take control of the account. An attacker could also impersonate the legitimate user and convince you to disable 2FA.
